Cancellation Policy

STUDIO BOOKING POLICY & TERMS OF USE By completing a booking at our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in the immediate termination of your session without a refund and potential bans from future bookings. 1. Room Rules & Capacity Limits • Strict Drink Ban: Absolutely no drinks, liquids, or vapes are permitted near the DJ decks, mixers, media players, or speakers. All fluids must remain on the designated tables away from the equipment. • Capacity Limit: A maximum of 4 people (including the DJ) is permitted in the studio room at any given time. • No Parties: The studio is strictly for practice, production, and recording. Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are completely prohibited. 2. Equipment Damage & Liability • Pre- & Post-Session Inspection: The studio and all gear are inspected before and after every booking. • Financial Liability: If you are caught causing damage, or if damage is discovered after your session, we reserve the absolute right to hold you fully liable for all repair or replacement costs. This includes damages from liquid spills, rough handling, or blown speakers. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Notice Requirement: To cancel or reschedule a session, you must contact the studio directly via email or phone. 4. Extra Studio Rules • Punctuality & Session Timing: Your booking includes your setup and pack-down time. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Sessions will not be extended if you arrive late, and overrunning your time slot will incur an automatic charge for the next full block of studio time. • Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for any personal items, USB drives, headphones, or external hardware left unattended or damaged on the premises. • CCTV Monitoring: For the safety of our guests and the security of our high-end equipment, 24-hour video surveillance is active in the studio rooms.
